University of Arizona Travel Registration Requirements

Whether you are faculty, staff, resident or student, if you are traveling on University business or for credit, you must follow the protocol that the University of Arizona Travel Office has set into place.  Their website is http://ua-risk.terradotta.com/. Be sure to have your passport number with you when you register.

All travel paperwork MUST be submitted 30 days prior to departure. Consult with your Department's contact about the site affiliation and the travel paperwork compliance.

The Travel Authorization Form is required even if you are not requesting reimbursement.

If you are traveling to an area that is on the US State Department's Travel Warnings and Alerts page, you will have additional forms to complete online.
